I’m Lency Patricia “Patty” Portocarrero, a mortgage lifer who started in 1999 when we faxed tax returns and waited days for credit pulls. Two boom‑bust cycles later, I still get up to solve one problem: get you to the closing table with the right loan and no surprises.
I work with homebuyers, self‑employed borrowers, and serious real‑estate investors across Texas—guiding them through Conventional, FHA, Investor rental, Construction, and DSCR loans (the no‑tax‑return favorite of portfolio builders).
